1. Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms

To use YouShare, you must be at least 13 years of age. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of the required age. Your installation and use of YouShare constitute your acceptance of and agreement to all the terms and conditions defined herein, as well as any future amendments and additions to this agreement as we may publish from time to time.

2. License and User Conduct

YouShare grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You agree to use the extension in a manner that complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount to us. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, protect, and use your information and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using YouShare, you agree to the data practices set forth in our Privacy Policy.

4. Content Sharing and Interaction Features

YouShare offers an array of features designed to enhance your YouTube experience:

• a / Passive Sharing: By enabling this feature, you allow other YouShare users to access your YouTube homepage recommendations.


• b / One-Click Sharing: This feature allows you to send specific YouTube videos to other users of YouShare.


• c / Pinned Videos: You can pin videos on your YouShare page, which are then publicly visible and accessible by all YouShare users.


• d / Public Likes: Once activated, your likes on YouTube videos become visible to other YouShare users, serving as public endorsements of those videos.

5. YouShare+ Subscription

YouShare+ is a premium subscription service offered at 5€ per month, providing enhanced features and capabilities beyond the standard YouShare extension. By subscribing to YouShare+, you agree to the following terms:

• Free Trial: YouShare+ includes a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. You have the option to cancel the trial at any time. If the trial is not canceled before its expiration, the subscription will automatically renew at the monthly rate of 5€. The free trial is only available once per user. We will send a reminder email before the subscription starts.


• Billing: Charges for the YouShare+ subscription are billed at the beginning of each subscription period. The subscription will auto-renew every month unless canceled by the user. All transactions are securely processed and subject to our Privacy Policy.


• Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their YouShare+ subscription at any time by sending us an email at support@youshare.media or through their YouShare account settings: by opening their YouShare dashboard > clicking on the YouShare+ tab > clicking on cancel YouShare+ subscription. Please note that cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.


• Changes to Subscription Fees: YouShare reserves the right to modify the subscription fees. Any changes to the fees will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance via email. Changes in fees will not affect the current billing cycle and will become effective in the following one.

By subscribing to YouShare+, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your provided payment method. This authorization continues until your subscription is canceled. If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card, or other reasons, we reserve the right to either retry charging the payment method or suspend or cancel your subscription. We will provide notice of any such actions and opportunities to update your payment method.

In the event of a subscription suspension or cancellation, your access to YouShare+ features will be revoked. We reserve the right to offer discretionary discounts and promotions, which will not affect the terms of your subscription unless explicitly stated.

6. Termination

YouShare reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the extension, for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you herein shall terminate, and you must cease all use of the extension.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

The extension is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YouShare disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall YouShare be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the extension.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YouShare and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any losses, claims, liabilities, damages, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, due to or arising out of your use of the extension, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YouShare is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and YouShare concerning your use of the extension. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Modifications to the Terms

YouShare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions on this page. Your continued use of the extension following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
